An estimate represents our best assessment of the cost and scope of work based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract or work order before any work begins. Estimates may change if site conditions, project scope, or material costs differ materially from what was assessed during the initial consultation. The customer is also responsible for identifying and disclosing the location of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried infrastructure at or near the work area. Bailey's Crossroads Concrete is not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground features.
Bailey's Crossroads Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Any warranty on specific materials or finishes will be as specified in the written contract. Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking, color variation, and surface changes due to weather, freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, heavy loads, and normal aging. Minor cracking or surface changes resulting from these factors are not covered under workmanship warranty. We do not warranty against damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or conditions outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bailey's Crossroads Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
